ABOUT

Neuroscience-Based Leadership Expert & Coach Champion for Neurodiverse Thinkers

I help senior leaders, C-suite professionals, and teams (both neurodiverse and non-neurodiverse) unlock their full potential. My work is grounded in neuroscience, commercial strategy, and a deep understanding of human behaviour. But at its core, it’s about helping people think differently, lead with confidence, and create meaningful change in their careers and organisations.

My journey into coaching wasn’t a straight line — it was shaped by years of leading global innovation projects, managing high-performing teams, and navigating the challenges of leadership myself. I have worked across industries, driving revenue growth, streamlining processes, and solving complex business challenges. But what always fascinated me most was people — how they think, what drives them, and how small shifts in mindset can lead to massive transformations.

That curiosity led me to dive deep into neuroscience, coaching, and leadership development. Now, I help ambitious professionals find clarity, make better decisions, and step into their full potential with confidence.

A Unique Approach: Blending Science, Strategy & Human Behaviour. What makes my coaching different? It’s a mix of:

Neuroscience & Behavioural Science – Practical, science-backed strategies to rewire thinking patterns and improve leadership effectiveness.

Innovation & Strategic Thinking – Years of experience in business, innovation management, and process improvement, helping leaders think ahead and drive meaningful change.

Lived Experience as a Neurodiverse Professional – As someone with ADHD and Dyslexia, I understand the power (and challenges) of thinking differently. I help neurodiverse leaders harness their strengths while also supporting neurotypical clients who want to challenge traditional ways of thinking.

Commercial Acumen – Real-world business experience that ensures coaching isn’t just inspiring — it’s actionable, results-driven, and aligned with commercial success.

Who I Work With

I have had the privilege of coaching and consulting for incredible organisations, including UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Trinity College, Tourism Ireland, Energia, EPA, Lexxic, IDA, Paddy Power, EY, Accenture, Government Departments, IBM, Irish Distillers, Deutsche Telekom, and many more.

My clients are senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals across industries — including tech, finance, academia, and creative sectors. Many are neurodiverse, and all are looking to think bigger, lead better, and achieve more.

How I Help

Philosophy

I believe that coaching is about more than just achieving goals — it’s about transforming the way people think, make decisions, and navigate challenges. My approach is grounded in neuroscience, strategic insight, and deep human connection, helping individuals and organisations develop lasting skills for both professional and personal growth.

My coaching is built on these core principles:

  • Everyone has untapped potential – Coaching is about revealing and amplifying those strengths.

  • Change starts with mindset – Small but intentional shifts in thinking drive lasting transformation.

  • Psychological safety is essential – Clients grow most when they feel understood and supported, free of judgement.

  • Success should be sustainable – No one should have to burn out to be great.

By combining science-backed strategies with a highly personalised approach, I empower my clients to build confidence, make better decisions, and create meaningful, long-term impact.

A Personal Touch: Why This Work Matters to Me

I have always been fascinated by the way people think and work — especially those who don’t quite fit the traditional mould. As someone with ADHD and Dyslexia, I know what it’s like to feel like my brain works differently from those around me. For a long time, I thought I had to “fix” that. Now, I know that different ways of thinking are an asset, not a flaw.

That’s why I am passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals own their strengths, navigate challenges, and step into their power. At the same time, I work with neurotypical professionals who want to push the boundaries of their thinking, become more innovative, and lead with greater impact.

When I’m not coaching, I’m probably offshore sailing — navigating unpredictable waters, adapting to changing conditions, and embracing the adventure. My passion for adventure, resilience, and strategic navigation informs my coaching philosophy — encouraging my clients to chart bold paths, adapt skilfully under pressure, and harness their unique abilities to achieve extraordinary results.

If you’re ready to take your personal and professional development to the next level — whether you’re looking for more clarity, confidence, or practical strategies — I would love to work with you!

Hannah - A Coach Who Gets It!

The advantage of a neurodiverse coach;

ADHD and dyslexia come with inherent traits that can be incredibly beneficial in coaching. ADHD brings heightened intuition, adaptability, and the ability to think quickly in dynamic situations. It allows me to process information rapidly, recognize patterns instinctively, and pivot strategies as needed. Dyslexia enhances big-picture thinking, creativity, and the ability to make unexpected connections that others might miss. Together, these traits give me a unique way of understanding people, identifying their strengths, and guiding them toward their goals. My neurodiversity enhances my coaching by giving me a unique combination of intuition, pattern recognition, and analytical thinking that others might overlook. My dyslexia and ADHD allow me to process complex information in unconventional ways, making connections that aren’t always obvious. I rely on my intuition to quickly assess situations, understand people’s needs, and adapt my approach in real time. My attention to detail helps me identify subtle behaviors, challenges, and strengths, giving those I coach the insights they need to unlock their potential. With a deep understanding of human behavior and decision-making, I guide individuals through obstacles with clarity and empathy. My adaptability allows me to tailor strategies to fit each person’s unique needs, while my resilience helps me navigate high-pressure situations with confidence. My curiosity and drive for continuous learning keep my coaching dynamic, insightful, and highly effective.
